Who should I make my rent check payable to?
For your convenience you can pay your rent online and even set up automatic payments. However, if you'd still like to send a check instead, please make it payable to A&R Ventures, LLC PO BOX 441731 Fort Washington, MD 20749
When is my rent due?
Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can either set up automatic payments so you never forget or you can schedule a couple extra days ahead of time if you're mailing a check to make sure it arrives on time and you don't incur any late fees.
